SUBMISSION OF ONE PAGE ABSTRACT
GD2018 Committees encourage you to submit the abstract(s) to this conference. Your contribution should present the latest research in gas discharges and their applications. Submitted abstracts are refereed by the International Scientific Committee. After abstract acceptance, an invitation to submit 4-page papers which are all orally presented in the conference sessions will be sent to corresponding authors. Each attendee may present up to two contributions. New deadline for abstract submission is January 26th, 2018.
Guidelines for abstract submission
In order to submit an abstract to GD 2018, all presenting authors must complete the following steps: 1. Prepare your abstract Write your abstract according to the template form: - Microsoft/Open office Word template (download) - LaTeX template (download) After this, create a PDF file version of your abstract. NOTE: Please note that submitted abstracts have to be created by using GD2018 conference template(s). 2. Create your account on the Easychair Website (skip to step 3 if you already have one) Go to easychair.org/conferences to create your account. Detailed instructions how to create EasyChair account can be found here (download). 3. Upload your abstract Log in to the GD 2018 Easychair Website: easychair.org/conferences. After login use ‘enter as an author’ link in order to start the submission procedure. Detailed ‘step-by-step’ instructions how to submit your abstract can be found here (download). The file to be uploaded as "Abstract" must be a PDF file. After submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the submission information. You will be able to see your submission information, to update or to change the status of your submission till January 26th, 2018. Notification of abstract acceptance and paper invitations will be sent by email to the corresponding authors by February 1st, 2018.
