For all conference participants Technical Organizer Panacomp Wonderland Travel agency offers accommodation in some of the best hotels in Novi Sad by reduced prices during the conference (01.09 – 08.09.2018). All hotels are situated within walking distance from the conference site and not far away from the city center.
In order to make a booking in recommended hotels fill in the Accommodation booking form below. After submission of the form, a confirmation e-mail be sent followed by an email from Panacomp Wonderland agency with details for the payment via bank transfer. Reservations will be processed in order of application. Your reservation would be completed upon the verification of your payment. All prices are shown in EUR. For participants from Serbia, payment must be made in RSD, calculated using Bank Intesa selling exchange rate on the date Proforma Invoice is issued.
All cancellations of accommodation must be sent to Panacomp Wonderland Travel, in written form (fax: +381 21 466076 or e-mail: mice@panacomp.net).
For cancellations received in written form until 15.08.2018. deposits will be refunded in total, except for payments from foreign countries, which will be refunded less 40 € for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
