Organized transfer of GD 2018 participants
LOC offers an organized free transfer for GD 2018 participants on Sunday 2nd September from Belgrade airport to Novi Sad by shuttle buses organized by GD 2018 technical organizer Panacomp agency. There will be several departures during the day. Drop-off point in Novi Sad will be at the participant’s accommodation place. Free shuttle-bus service departure times on 2nd of September will be: 10:00h, 14:30h, 17:30h, 21:00h, 23:59h.
After the conference ending, on 7th of September GD participants will have organized free transfer from Novi Sad (meeting point will be in front of Master Center – the conference venue) to Belgrade airport (departures at 8:00, 12:00, 17:00).
For all dates, in addition to the free shuttle transfer, GD 2018 technical organizer Panacomp agency offers paid car transfer from and to the Belgrade airport with a price of 45 EUR (per car per direction). The driver will pick up the participant(s) on arrival terminal and drive you directly to hotel/accommodation. Please note that due to passenger commodity cars should take up to 3 passengers and finding of fellow-traveler(s) is the responsibility of the participant who booked the transfer (technical organizer cannot give surety bond to provide a fellow-traveler).

To apply for paid car transfer (any dates) please send an email to the Technical organizer mice@panacomp.net.. In the email please provide flight details (arrival flight number, date and time (00-24h) and departure flight number, date and time (00-24h)). In reply to your email, The Panacomp agency will confirm your transfer booking.
On 2nd of September at the Belgrade airport arrival terminal GD 2018 technical organizer will have a stand where you will check in for the transfer and get all information. (download PDF file with stand location)

Please note that there is no direct public transport connection between the Belgrade airport and Novi Sad. Buses and trains to Novi Sad depart from Belgrade city center. Although taxi service to Belgrade city center runs with the obligatory price system, some malpractice may occur. Thus, please ask for an advice on ways of traveling in specific cases.
